Refund policy

At KaijuMFG, customer satisfaction matters to us, but all returns must follow the policy below.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date. To begin a return, customers must contact us at before sending any item back.

Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition and packaging. Products that show signs of use, damage, modification, or improper installation may be denied.

Some products may be subject to a restocking fee. Any applicable restocking fee will be clearly disclosed on the product page before purchase.

KaijuMFG reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our end.
